Description: Quick little dance I created and filmed last night just because it's been awhile. I have been going through a lot of changes in my body due to years of wear and tear. As concerning as it may be, I've been receiving professional help..hoping to bring my physicality back up. Since I dance for living...it's important that I rest the body, take precaution of my dancing, and continue to exercise/stretch for longevity. Now I pass on to you....if you are a dancer..please don't take it lightly. I highly advise you to keep up with your body. You are only given one in a lifetime...gotta get strong if you wanna dance long haha. I hope all is well with everyone that continues to support me with my latest uploads. I know this description seems irrelevant, but just updating when I can. My journey still consists of a lot of practice with making pieces..so I plan on keeping up with this during my recovery.
